Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care - General Practice - Medical, Family Practice

If you are a Family Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care and General Practice experience, please read on. We also seek newly licensed Nurse Practitioners.

We are looking for a licensed and credentialed Family NP who will provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the supervision of 1 or more physicians in our Kiosk and Retail Medicine clinic. This is an Immediate position for full-time and/or part-time Nurse Practitioners.

What you need for this position:

- BSN Degree, Master's is preferred
- Completion of 500 hours of clinical practice is preferred, but we welcome entry level NPs

What you'll be doing:
Participate in the care of outpatient clients in an independent and interdependent role. You will provide general medical care and treatment to patients for our clinic, under direction of physician, which will include:

- Performing physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician.
- Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs
- Recording of physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition
- discuss cases with physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan and submit health care plan and goals of individual patients for periodic review and evaluation by physician.
- Prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
