Description Manufacturing Manager

We are a leading manufacturer in the southeastern Wisconsin area and are seeking a Manufacturing Manager. This position will be responsible for the planning, directing and coordination of activities concerned with our finished metal products. This individual will plan and execute process improvements which support our lean manufacturing environment and continuous improvement objectives to ensure that the highest standards of manufacturing performance are implemented into our manufacturing processes.

Requirements We are seeking an individual with 10 years of leadership experience in finished metal production with proven successful continuous improvement within in a lean manufacturing environment. Must possess excellent leadership and people management skills, be aggressive in setting goals and deadlines, highly ethical and honest in business relationships and be highly motivated to world class manufacturing.
