Description

Our client is a health care provider located in Conshohocken. They are currently seeking a versatile executive assistant to support several Chief Officers.

 

Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

  • General office duties including: typing/ editing of correspondence and documents, filing, faxing, phone coverage, expense reports, and opening/sorting mail.  Highlight mail of importance, and follow up as needed, etc.
  • Facilitate meeting planning and coordinate with appropriate parties (both internal and external).  Provide timely dissemination of information and agendas.
  • Make travel arrangements and distribute detailed itineraries
  • Process expense reports on monthly basis. Track outside vendors. Process all invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Maintain Board of Trustee and Committee Meeting Minutes
  • Prepare Directors &Officers Questionnaires
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required. College degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 5-7 years experience as an executive assistant.
    • Must be able to work for multiple persons in a fast-paced environment.
    • Position requires attention to detail and multi tasking.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
    • Ability to interact and communicate with professional courtesy at all levels.
    • Must demonstrate poise, flexibility, tact, and diplomacy while working effectively with minimal direct supervision.
