Description

 

Engineer-to-Order Manufacturing company seeks Controls Engineer with 3 or more years of hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing envinronment to join our team.  
This person will be working on-site at a customers facilites.  Will have periodic domestic and international travel.  This person must be a US Citizen or current Green Card holder.

 

This person will be responsible for:

  • Ladder Logic, HMI and Visual Basic programming

  • machine start-up

  • commissioning

  • installation

  • hardware/software troubleshooting

Requirements


Position Requires:

 

  • BS in Electrical Engineering B.S.

  • Experience with both hardware and software design.

  • 3-5 years experience in industrial controls (PLC) programming and troubleshooting.

  • OTJ experience with Ladder Logic, HMI and Visual Basic.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working on-site at a customers’ facility.

  • Willing to periodically travel domestically and internationally

  • US Citizenship or Green Card.
