Sales Specialist I, II or III DOE
Coeur D'Alene, ID

 

This position is an internal sales support position located in our Coeur D'Alene District Office. This role will focus on Front Counter Customer service including but not limited to Individual and Medicare products and will serve as back up in the office for group product internal support.

Bring your sales background and expertise to the following role:
 

  • Support new and retention sales staff in providing quotes to prospective clients and assist in maintaining current clients.
  • Provide information, education and assistance to potential or pending policyholders, employers, and agents regarding our insurance plans.

 

 
Job Requirements

Combine your sales experience with the following skills:

 

  • High school degree or GED
  • One year customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use MS Office products and other corporate software as required
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills including courteous telephone etiquette
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures and communicate effectively
  • Depending on state of hire, it may be required to be licensed. If required, must become licensed within 90 days of hire, to sell insurance health, life, and/or disability in the state or states where business is conducted. Prior to receiving a license, staff are not allowed to engage in soliciting or selling activities.
  • Demonstrate customer service orientation, empathizes with customers, asks effective questions, seek to satisfy.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and strong attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively on teams to accomplish group objectives.

 

 

Level II:
 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years customer service experience or equivalent work experience

 

 

Level III:
 

  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination education and experience
  • 3-5 years customer service experience or equivalent work experience
