Support Specialist

MediClick, Inc. is a successful provider of Contracts and Analysis, Materials Management and Financial systems for the healthcare industry using the Software as a Service (Saas) delivery model.  We are seeking a creative motivated professional to join our team for the following position:

Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

·        Research, troubleshoot and analyze customer software issues through telephone, on-call and on-line support

·        Work with technical support staff to resolve technical problems and testing software fixes

·        Communicate with customers to keep them informed of reported problem status

·        Accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred

·        Must have experience in managing multiple tasks with a high level of customer satisfaction

·        Possess demonstrated creative, critical thinking and negotiation skills

·        Knowledge of inventory, distribution, warehouse management and purchasing in the healthcare industry required

·        Financial accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliation a plus
