Quality Control Technician - 2nd shift

Responsible for monitoring all phases of quality through out the plant, assuring all work from each department is procedurally correct and properly documented.  Liaison between all departments to assure each internal process is followed. 

Shift hours are 5:00 pm - 3:00 am.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Routinely pull labels from all presses and evaluate and document results.
• Routinely perform GMP Roving Audits and document results.
• Perform Final Release and COC of all manufactured product prior to shipping.
• Input data for all Internal Customer Complaints.
• Operate laboratory equipment to validate integrity of product, collect and record data.
• Complete all testing in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Must be able to comprehend customer specs and Factory Order Instructions.
• Must have good color perception and make good sound decisions.
• Maintain color standards and assist all departments with any quality needs.

• Associate degree and/or equivalent experience in related field.
• Computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
• Good verbal and written communication skills
