Sales Assistant
This position is responsible for maximizing sales by converting referred customers to rent-to-own agreements. The process is to be accomplished in a way that is consistent with Rent-A-Center’s core values
Duties/Responsibilities
Sales:
- Close sales cycle by converting referred customers to rent-to-own agreements
- Educate customers on the rental contract and delivery expectations
- Complete appropriate paperwork to ensure customer receives merchandise and partnership store receives payment
Customer Service:
- Perform premier customer service in respect to all customers both internal and external to the partnership store
Relationships:
- Work as a cooperative member of the partnership store team and the Rent-A-Center Rent-to-Own team in all operational aspects
- Network with partnership store personnel to gain referrals and educate partnership store staff on the rental process
- Any other duties assigned by the sales manager
