Member Care Branch Manager - Halletsville

This position is responsible for the management of the operations of a full-service call center branch.

In this role, the successful candidate will ensure that exceptional member services are being provided, including opening accounts, providing members with information, and resolving problems for members; Ensures that standard operating procedures are being followed and provides guidance and training to branch personnel on operating problems, exceptions, and adjustments. Performs according to established REAL standards. Performs all other duties as needed.

• Requires general knowledge, skills, and mental development equivalent to a high school diploma.

• Minimum of three years prior experience and / or training in a call center environment.
• Previous management experience preferred
• Previous experience working in the financial industry preferred
