JOB DESCRIPTION

Great opportunity to be responsible for Program Management / Construction Management (PMCM) sales in the U.S. Pacific Northwest in multiple client markets. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior project / program leader who has demonstrated results selling Program Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) services to the \Healthcare, Education (K-12 and Higher Ed), State and Local Government markets.  Responsible for early identification of viable sales opportunities, positioning for success prior to client procurement, leading proposal preparation and interviews, negotiating final pricing, contract terms and conditions. Responsible area is Pacific Northwest region (Seattle, Portland) reporting to a California-based Manager. Partners with local Regional Management to identify new developments and proposes growth-related initiatives.  Develops and maintains relationships with clients, operations, and inside sales team; cultivates new clients: Assumes primary responsibility for client relationships and sales strategies: leads development of sales strategies, win plans, and go/no-go decisions, working closely with inside sales and operations throughout sales process: Tracks and shares client relationship developments with sales team through call reports and sales database entries: Maintains and enforces client confidentiality, procurement integrity, gatekeeper approval, and company Identity Program compliance: Leads pricing strategy development and pricing reviews, and develops bid & proposal estimates: Negotiates sales contracts, with support from operations, legal, and contract groups: Works with sales and operations teams to assess resource availability and assemble project teams. Some out-of-town travel required from time to time.

Requirements

20 + years of relevant experience and BS or BA in engineering, architecture, construction, business, or related field. Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred. Graduate degree in Business or related field preferred. Ideal candidate has current relationships with Healthcare, Education and Government facility clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Ideal candidate  has a proven track record of bringing value propositions to these clients. We prefer candidates with project management experience on Program/Construction Management projects with scope exceeding $100 million. This candidate must possess a passion for program leadership coupled with innate ability to influence the decision making process with ultimate goal to win new contracts with new clients.
