Fleet Service Sales Manager
Responsible for generating fleet maintenance service sales for Oil Can Henry's national automotive quick lube center system

The position will operate out of our corporate HQ in Portland Metro area.

SCOPE
Under the direction of the President, the Fleet Service Manager will be responsible for generating fleet service sales to the entire Oil Can Henry’s system.
The Manager will use information provided from data lists, regional information, and other marketing information reports to seek out and call upon corporate, public (i.e. city, state, federal) and private accounts, fleet owners and fleet managers regarding the benefits of participating in the OCH national fleet program.
The Manager will ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal codes and business requirements, legal requirements, and OSHA regulations. Further, the NFM will ensure that all work performed is consistent with OCHI policies, procedures, contractual obligations and directives of the President.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Work with OCHI corporate management, franchise owners, Area Supervisors and Center Managers to effectively and efficiently target and present all OCH maintenance and service requirements for fleets at the greatest value and with the most convenient billing solutions for our corporate/organizational fleet clients.
2. Work with the President to attain budgeted plan thus controlling costs.
3. Work with the Controller to minimize corporate accounting time while providing efficient, streamlined and data-driven results and invoicing to fleet customers.
4. Complete projects on-time, on budget and safely.
5. Monitor activity in the centers related to fleet sales, fleet maintenance and repair and report activities to the President as required.
6. Document any improvements that can be made to improve fleet procedures and/or fleet marketing and communicate recommendations to the President.
7. Monitor fleet-related complaints to insure quick and fair resolution.
8. Complete regular paperwork and invoice, vendor, and contractor bids/reviews..
9. Participate in regional industry meetings such as NAFA chapter.
10. Maintain a high level of personal integrity and commitment to the entire OCH system.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
- Business to Business commisioned service sales experience.
- Fleet sales experience on a national or regional basis for an automotive service company is preferred. A track record of sales success is required.
- Previous experience as a fleet owner/manager is desirable.
- Knowledge of the “players" with large fleets including but not limited to local, regional and national businesses, rental car companies, corporate sales fleet cars, city/state fleets, trucking, landscaping and taxi fleets.
