Dedicated to making “Only the Finest® "in boxed chocolates.  Russell Stover Candies is looking for a friendly, energetic professional to assist with managing our retail store in Omaha, NE.

In this position, you will assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the store including staff supervision, inventory control, meeting sales/profit goals and most importantly, providing excellent customer service.  Background in retail store management preferred. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the store including:
•  Staff supervision
• Lead & motivate employees
• Meeting sales/profit goals
• Control expenses
• Inventory control
• Stock product displaying strong merchandising techniques
• Perform back office computer tasks which involve the use of a PC
• Display excellent customer service driven attitude

• Background in retail store management preferred. 
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
• Able to work day, evening & weekend shifts as needed.
• Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds are required.
• Constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
