Description The BMW Store is proud to be celebrating 30 years as one of Cincinnati’s most premier luxury dealerships.  The loyalty of our customers and our ability to reach out to new customers each day is testimony to our dedication to do everything we can to earn our customers’  trust and respect.

The BMW Store’s Internet Department has an immediate opening for an Internet Sales Consultant. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Working all Internet leads that come into the New BMW Sales Department through our various lead sources (website, cars.com, autotrader.com, etc.)

  • Communicating either by phone or email with customer with the goal of setting an appointment and selling BMW to customer

  • Building a rapport with customer; set up test drives, be knowledgeable on all products, have a clear understanding of our inventory

  • Work with the Internet Sales Manager and Finance Manager to close the buying process for customer

  • Excellent follow up with customers by phone or email is a necessity

  • Excellent follow up with our CRM – Customer Retention Management

  • This position works with Internet customers only

Requirements
  • Previous experience in internet sales–automotive

  • Strong computer skills

  • Ability to communicate by email as well as phone

  • Willingness to be available for leads beyond normal working hours

 

This is a full time position with full benefits, including vacation and sick days; you must have a good driving record and we do drug testing.
