The individual will be responsible for:

processing customer inquiries and orders and helping to expedite the delivery of products and services
providing follow-up customer service
answering routine inquiries
maintaining product specific database;
documenting customer calls, problems and resolutions
This individual may also be asked to back up other positions when needed.

Requirements Must be able to multi-task, have good communication skills and be computer literate.
