The Opportunity
We are looking for Restaurant Managers with quick service experience looking for their first opportunity to run their own restaurant and experienced quick service Restaurant Managers interested in working for company with visible and accessible management team.

Pay,
Our Restaurant Managers earn between $29,000 and $38,000 per year. On average 90% of that amount is salary and 10% is in the form of a monthly bonus. Bonuses are not tied to sales increases they are based on a percentage of the profits of your restaurant.
We believe in balancing work and personal life. Our restaurant managers are scheduled for 5 shifts per week for total of 45 hours per week. If a situation does arise where you need to work more than 50 hours per week we even pay you for every hour over 50 per week. Most other restaurant companies do not pay salaried managers for additional pay for working over 50 hours per week.

Duties
Restaurant Manager Duties Include - Hiring and training team members, food preparation, customer service, controlling product quality, placing food orders, managing food cost, scheduling and controlling labor cost, cash control and weekly book keeping.
