Description Call Center Representatives - 31 Open CSR Positions

We are looking for 21 Call Center Representatives to Start on December 16th and 10 to start on January 15th.


Description:

    This position is responsible for providing quality customer service via phone by utilizing exceptional communication skills. Responsible for accurately updating and maintaining the customer accounts in a timely manner, while assisting in general customer inquiries, invoice questions, customer complaints, opening trouble tickets, and taking customer payments. 



Requirements
  • You must have the ability to work any shift in a 24X7 Call Center
  • A Clear Background is Required
  • Provide quality customer service via phone
  • Open trouble tickets for specific customer issues
  • Navigate through appropriate customer service systems and tools in a timely manner while servicing the customer. (Customer Care, scripting, product information, rebuttals, etc)
  • Process customer payments or offer other payment options for the customer. (Credit Card, Check Payments, WU, Lockbox, etc)
  • Handle difficult and/or sensitive questions and emotional customers while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Maintain quality scores and call center metrics
  • Inform customer of current and prospective customers of promotions and new or upgraded products
  • Provide rate quotes and encourage customers to utilize prepay options
  • You must have the ability to work Any Shift
  • A minimum of two years customer service experience in a call center environment is required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check
