About the Opportunity:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for calling on Health Plans throughout the country to solicit Home Visits and Medical Record Retrieval for the Risk Adjustment process of Medicare Advantage. This individual will travel 40-50% of the time calling on Health Plans and attending conferences. Quarterly Sales Quota will be assigned after training concludes
Responsibilities:
Execute sales plans and strategies to identify growth opportunities in emerging markets. Represent and position the company though direct customer meetings as well as industry events. Sales goals and targets for the region and performance will be measured on meeting these targets.

Requirements
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales experience
- Ability to travel extensively on a national basis (up to 50%)
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- B2B sales experience with accountability for individual quantitative goals
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline and moving opportunities through the sales cycle
- MS office suite proficiency
- Experience with Medicare Advantage, The Risk Adjustment Process or HCC Code knowledge are all a benefit but not necessarily required
