On Time Staffing, the leader in the industrial staffing industry and one of the nation's fastest growing staffing firms, has an exciting internal opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator in the Philadelphia, PA area. We are looking for a dynamic individual with the ability and desire to grow within the company.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist Branch Manager in establishing recruiting requirements to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Demonstrate high competency levels of accuracy in staffing software data entry 
  • Build effective applicant source to attract new applicants (job fairs/trade schools)
  • Fill open orders for positions of skilled openings
  • Audit the new hire paperwork and staffing software entries
  • Handle employee relations matters, when needed
  • Additional Customer Service Activity such as Client site visits; Temp. employees’ pick-up and check-ins.; as well as regular site visits to customers for improved customer service relationships
      • Successfully achieve positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance
      • Maintain sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner
      • Effective communication with supervisor and clients
      • Assist other staffing coordinators and Branch Manager’s in the recruiting process & payroll
      • Fill in for branch and assist branch managers when they are away from the office
      • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Human Resources/Staffing experience required – 1 year minimum
  • Staffing software competency demonstrated with successful test scores achieves
  • Performance matrix levels achieved for Staff Coordinator Level II quotas
  • Sales leads quotas met such as: Task lists completed daily; Missing Time sheet reports reconciled weekly; General Assignment report run daily; Fill Ratio; Turnover Ratio; Recruiting Goals; Staff Suite Competency; Other matrix measurements as determined by Branch Manager
  • Must possess strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong customer service, administrative, computer, and multi-tasking skills
  • Must have good attendance record
  • Must have satisfactory work record, as determined by management
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have bilingual Spanish skills
  • Flexibility in schedule with mandatory overtime (as determined by Branch Manager)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug-screening
  • Behavioral Testing

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office products – word/excel/outlook
  • Customer Service testing
  • Staffing software Competencies Testing

 

Education:
BA or equivalent experience

Experience:
Staff Coordinator Level II must have a minimum of two years experience as either an internal Staff Coordinator Level I or external industry comparable experience.

 

Staff Coordinator Level I must have a mimimum of two years customer service experience.
