- Current and valid license and/or certification from the state of practice.
- A minimum number of years of experience are required, depending on the service area and classification applied for.
- Certain tests, x-rays, immunity, vaccination are required.
- Successful completion of a competency screening related to area of expertise.
- Verifiable prior employment.
- Acknowledgment of various risks reduction, safety, control, preparedness, directives, guidelines and programs.
- Background check and/or fingerprinting (state / client-specific)
- Drug/alcohol testing and confirmation.
