Job Description:
The PICU nurse is a registered professional nurse who develops expertise in assessing, planning, implementing and re-evaluating the needs of the critically ill pediatric patient. With nursing process concepts, is responsible to deliver safe, quality, cost-effective health care while recognizing the physical, psychosocial and educational needs of the patient and of the individual family unit. Utilizes knowledge of current educational developments and practices in the nursing profession and endorses Florida practice in the nursing profession and endorses Florida Hospital's philosophy of quality family-centered patient care. Must be able to fit test for high efficiency mask.
Shift available- 7 pm- 7 am Night Shift
