Summary – Safety Engineer - Commercial Construction:

Commerical Construction Experience Only.

Our Safety Engineer will assist in the overall supervision and administration of project safety, accident, and fire protection programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Will Participate In- Safety Engineer - Commercial Construction:

  • Developing and instructing safety orientation training.
  • Accompany inspection agencies on job site tours.
  • Assist in any safety/first aid and rescue squad activities.


Responsibilities - Safety Engineer - Commercial Construction:

  • All accidents.
  • Safety violations.
  • Conduct work area surveillance inspections, property, damage, and personal injury investigations.
  • Knowledge of NPDES/SWPPP requirements, ensure compliance, do site inspections to verify.

Requirements - Safety Engineer - Commercial Construction :

  • Four year occupational safety/health degree
  • OSHA 500 certification required
  • Five years of construction/industrial safety experience or equivalent combinations of training and related experience
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to enforce, all federal, state, local, and company safety regulations
  • Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • No agencies, please
