A Family, Adult or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner is needed in the greater Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania to provide health risk assessments for the elderly. Enjoy living and working in Philadelphia, an area rich with historical and tourist attractions.  This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity to join a stable, growing, national company that prides itself on delivering top-notch services to the geriatric population.  Qualified providers will visit approximately three patient homes per day to complete a risk assessment evaluation, full history, and physical.  Responsibilities include educating the patient and family on preventative care and management of chronic medical issues.  Travel is compensated, and is focused on one concentrated geographical area per day.  Candidates must show that they are comfortable working independently, are flexible, and have a true desire for caring for the elderly population.  Strong clinical assessment skills are required.  New graduates with a relevant RN background in geriatric care are welcome to apply.  This opportunity comes with full comprehensive health benefits, a salary ranging from 75 to 97K, great PTO, and 401K.
