Summary:

The Customer Service Representative must maintain the exceptional level of professional and customer service Envision Rx Options, Inc. has attained.  Under general supervision, the CSR is responsible for providing timely, knowledgeable and courteous resolution and response to pharmacy, member and product related inquiries 

SHIFT HOURS ARE FROM 8:00 pm to 6:00 am - Monday through Thursday (4/10 workweek)

The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handles phone calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy issues from members, providers, pharmacies, and others

  • Responds to routine inquiries on multiple products from members, providers, pharmacies, and employer groups

  • Place a minimal amount of outgoing phone calls when business ventures warrant

    Accurate and timely processing of various data entry (including keying enrollment applications)

  • Assist Customer Service Helpdesk and other departments with various tasks as needed.  

These tasks include but are not limited to the following:

 

          • Assist Support Services with member correspondence and fulfillment

          • Conduct pharmacy follow-ups to help the Provider Relations Department

          • Assist Client Services with mailings and other various tasks

          • Filing of enrollment applications and other documents

          • Conduct faxing and proper logging for Support Services

          • Maintains stock of fulfillment materials (collate)

 

  • Utilizes multiple company database programs for accessing member information

  • Adheres to company policies and HIPAA Privacy Act Standards at all times; including internal and external correspondence

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information

  • Carries out other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Pharmacy Technician Degree Preferred

  • Customer service or inbound call center experience required

  • Pharmacy/Healthcare experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Programs such as Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Typing Skills of 30 WPM

  • Ability to maintain professional work environment and attitude at all times

  • Handle personally assigned responsibilities with thoroughness and efficiency

    Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Manage time effectively and efficiently through the use of computers and other technologies in order to fulfill job responsibilities.

  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English is advantageous
