General Line Technician

Coughlin Automotive Group, serving Licking, Ross, Pickaway, and Union County, where we maintain an extensive inventory of new and used Chevrolet, Pontiac, GMC and Buick vehicles. In addition, we are open six days a week and offer shuttle service for customers searching for a new and used  Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Buick dealer.

The Coughlin Group has an inventory of over 1000+vehicles with 13 brands including Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, Scion, Chevrolet, Ford, Pontiac, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge

There are eight locations within Newark, Pataskala, Johnstown, Heath, Chillicothe, Circleville and Marysville.

The Coughlin staff is looking to add to its staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Basic knowledge of automotive service and repair
• Ability to replace, rotate and balance tires
• General knowledge of braking systems
• Ability to inspect vehicles for damage, service and repair items
• General knowledge of routine maintenance fluids and filters
• Ability to service all makes and models

• Exposure to inclement weather
