Certified Nursing Assistant
SavaSeniorCare is seeking a talented and motivated individual for our Resident Care Specialist (CNA) position at Yuma Health Care Center, located in Yuma, CO.

Job Duties:

Must possess a sincere desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.

Must have caring attitude with ability to work harmoniously with physicians, nurses, residents, administration, and general public.

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

Maintaining the care and use of supplies, equipment, facility, etc., and maintaining the appearance of the nursing areas, residents rooms, regular inspection of resident’s rooms for sanitation, order and safety.

Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.

Possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.

Qualifications:
- Must be certified or pending certification
- reliable, hardworker and dependable
- Previous Long Term Care preferred , NOT required.
