The Position:
The Customer Financial Service Analyst is responsible for providing customer support related to billing, adjustments, payments, collections and customer account reconciliation to support a positive accounts receivable balance. You will also process customer adjustments and refunds, process specialized customer billing activity and you will be responsible for dispute resolution and collection on customer accounts with multiple relationships. In addition, the CFS Analyst will be involved in reporting and monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities to maintain a manageable A/R position that includes a proactive approach to customer account maintenance.
What we require:
You will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline and have a minimum of three years experience working with customers in the resolution of billing disputes and collections, or in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, you must have an Associate’s degree with greater than five years of related experience. Collections is only one aspect of this role, so the experience of resolving billing disputes is a must. You must also have experience with and knowledge of processes related to accounts receivable, cash application and order processing functions. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to success in this role, in addition to strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and accounting system software.

In the long term, the CFS Analyst will work closely with the CFS Manager on various workgroups to implement new system enhancements and business processes, so the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills to support the initiatives of the CFS group is highly desirable.
