Description

Operational Responsibilities:

  · Responsible for the overall management of office operations inclusive of the delivery of quality care, business development activities, personnel matters and monitoring the day to day activity.

  · Plans for and administers the managerial, operational, fiscal and reporting components of the program, including ensuring compliance with all State and Federal regulatory bodies. Act as the primary liaison during surveys, and inspections.

  · Ensures that standards of ethical business and clinical practice are maintained.

  · Establishes and maintains liaison relationships, communication and integration with office staff and services and in the community at large.

  · Establishes functions and qualifications for all personnel and determines staffing needs and patterns in conjunction with fiscal viability.

  · Ensures that there is appropriate staff supervision during all service hours.

  · Actively leads and participates in the office's performance improvement endeavors.

 

Business Development Duties:

·                     Develop new business by assertively identifying, pursuing and closing opportunities of all services with a concentration on physicians, long-term care facilities and other healthcare providers.

·                     Conduct presentations to target populations within assigned geographic areas.

·                     Represent company at community organizations events and business functions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Must Have Experience with Key Payor Sources – Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance and Private Party
  • Proven Healthcare Business Development & Marketing Acumen – Track Record of Fostering Growth
  • Excellent Knowledge of Home Care Licensure Rules and Regulations
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills
  • Substantive Management & Operations Experience
