Pre-Employment Requirements
q All potential employees must comply with and receive acceptable/favorable results from the following pre-employment requirements before employment can commence:
o Completion of the Sales Representative Assessment during the interview process
o Drug Screening
o Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Background Check
o Criminal Background Check
o Pre-work screening (physical assessment)
o Must have ability to TCOM daily (via dial-up phone line or high speed Ethernet internet)
Performance Requirements
q This is a “Sales" position and NOT a delivery job. Sales Representatives are expected to meet all Company, Region, Zone, and District objectives which include, but are not limited to, the following criteria:
o Weekly/Daily Sales Volume Goals
o Weekly/Daily Customer Service Goals
o Weekly /Daily Stales (returns) Goals
o Promotional Display Execution
o Overall Operating Expenses
Physical Requirements
q Safely lift and load products weighing up to 50 pounds
q Lift, load and assemble displays weighing up to 70 pounds
q Work in all types of weather conditions
q Drive defensively at all times
q Climb in and out of a truck or trailer as often as necessary
q Be able to consistently bend, lift, and stoop while merchandising displays and pulling orders effectively during the day
