MERZ PHARMACEUTICALS, LLC, specializes in Dermatology, Neurology and Aesthetics. We are currently experiencing growth in all areas of our business. We are currently seeking candidates for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative position in our Dermatology business unit for North Los Angeles, California.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Deliver multi-product presentations to customers and identify/increase territory business opportunities.
- Responsible for learning and maintaining extensive knowledge of product lines through reading and analyzing clinical articles, promotional material, technical literature, attending medical meetings/seminars and District and Regional meetings.
- Achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals. Responsible for achieving company goals for call plan achievement on all customers. Call plan achievement will be identified and revised by the company as needed.
- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of territory sample inventory forms as specified by company policy and PDMA guidelines.
- Increase market share on all products in each relevant market place.
- Responsible for adherence and fulfillment of credo principles.
- Manage territory business factors.
- Responsible for learning and integrating core message and strategy from product management into sales presentations to a variety of customers. Keep current on proof sources and other product literature.
- Develop and build long-term business relationships with all customers by maintaining doctor records, and sales history.
- Independently plan territory routing on a weekly basis. Follow up on reasonable customer requests.
- Responsible for organizing and lifting product samples and literature from storage facilities to car trunk and from car trunk to customers office.
- Manage territory and personal administrative tasks such as expense reports, weekly activity readouts, customer information and territory budget.
- Submit business and mileage expenses accurately and completely on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and/or establish effective partnership with district members and other internal and external business affiliates.
- Record call activities information and customer history on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements:
- 4 year college degree required.
- At least 2 years B-2-B sales experience preferred (pharmaceutical experience highly desired)
- Must have documented record of sales success
- Must reside in the North Los Angeles area
