CNA / Certified Nurse Assistant ( NIGHT / PRN )
Job description:
Provide routine nursing care and services that support the care delivered to patients requiring long term acute care as directed by the supervisor.
Report observations and other patient information related to the care of the patient.
Document objective and other pertinent information related to patient care.
She/he will provide services that support the care delivered to the patient assigned.
Provides input in the information and evaluation of standard of care to patient assigned.
Attend unit meetings, education classes, and in-services.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- CNA Certification required
- CPR Certification required
- Previous nursing assistant experience or student nurse preferred
