Senior Program Manager

Job Summary: T
This position is responsible for supply chain growth, profit, and customer satisfaction results for assigned client(s). This includes, but is not limited to: Profit and Loss performance, Supply Chain Strategy Development, Strategic Account Management & Growth, and New Solutions Design and Pricing, Project Management. The successful candidate will have a proven background with respect to Customer Facing and a clear understanding of transportation and operational processes.

Primary Job Duties:

Drive new account growth through effective solutions development

Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management

Ensure annual profit, efficiency, quality and performance goals are attained at each client engagement

Develop long and short-range plans and goals for the organization

Lead the development of effective savings / efficiency strategies for the supply chain

Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities

Manage Account Driven Initiatives and collaborate with Regional Operations Team

Strong written and oral communications skills

Project management skills and experience

Education:

Minimum - Undergraduate Degree; trained in Quality practices and Process and Project Management

Experience:

Five to ten years of Supply Chain operations (domestic and/or international) working knowledge of the following functional areas - transportation, distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, network analysis, materials management.
