Member Service Representative

Two Positions
Description:
Responsible for greeting and assisting Credit Union members in person and on the phone. Staff performs member transactions in a timely, accurate and courteous manner, as well as maintaining a cash drawer.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
Minimum Experience:
Previous work experience, preferably 6-12 months in a customer service related position; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Previous banking experience preferred.
Requirements:
These are part-time positions; 24-30 hours per week; hours include rotating Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
