Online Marketing Manager

The Website Marketing team of 1105 Media is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to manage a large, revolving portfolio of lead generation marketing campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Directly managing lead generation marketing campaigns
• Execute direct marketing activities across channel (including web, email, partnerships, newsletters, social media)
• Help develop campaign creative and tactics
• Manage campaign budgets/ROI
• Track and report on success of all campaign tactics
• Maximize number of qualified leads while managing sustainable CPL

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years online and email direct marketing experience
• Familiarity/comfort with web and campaign analytics
• Background managing lead generation campaigns preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload ◦Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with a Web Content Management system and HTML a plus
