About the Job
The ideal candidate will be a mature, polished professional with initiative, drive and the ability to work independently. Working directly with the Senior Investment Analyst, Insurance Case Designer, Personal Assistants to the Chairperson as well as the Chairperson.
The successful candidate should expect to be involved or responsible for these following duties:
- Assist with current and new customer portfolio reviews & statements
- Maintain and research data with current and accurate research/industry data
- Input data into appropriate illustration/planning software’s and produce reports
- Gather Market data and intelligence to be communicated with Senior analyst
- Demonstrate extensive organization skills through paper trails and follow up
- Ensure effective, efficient and professional follow up and customer service
- Assist with salespersons preparation by creating power point presentations
- Maintains organization’s investment principles and procedures, including compliance with Federal and State licensing procedures
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of customer relationship management system as well as the filing and archiving of historical data
The key challenges of this role are dealing with the complexities of a diverse and busy role, multiple duties, time management and thorough follow through.
