- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, accounting or a related field
- Three (3) years experience in Benefit Administration
- Significant HRMS experience
- Experience with People Soft Payroll, Base Benefits and Benefit Administration and/or some supervisory experience is desirable
