Description The Benefits Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering and monitoring the HR benefit processes and systems and payroll functions.
Requirements The position requires:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, accounting or a related field
  • Three (3) years experience in Benefit Administration
  • Significant HRMS experience
  • Experience with People Soft Payroll, Base Benefits and Benefit Administration and/or some supervisory experience is desirable
