Description
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations through use of Microsoft Great Plains reports and Microsoft Excel.  Guidance will be provided with use of Great Plains, but prior knowledge of MS Excel preferred

  • Assist with month-end close, which could include preparation of general journal entries & supporting Excel schedules

  • Assist with research of expense variances in preparation of monthly operational reviews.  This may require verbal & written communication with branch locations and corporate office accounting staff

  • Performs a variety of general clerical duties, including mail distribution, ordering of office supplies, maintains and distributes office petty cash and other routine functions for the Administrative Office as directed.

Requirements
  • 2 year accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
