This opportunity requires a very technical person with specific and required experience with any of seat mechanism manufacturer. We are looking for mechanisms experts along with the soft skills required to figure out what our portfolio should look like, as a result of extensive interface with customer engineering.
This is business development, sales, strategy, and above all a person who understands mechanisms so that we can build a portfolio of products that reflect what the customer wants, needs and don't yet know what they want.
Requirements

MUST HAVE SOLD SEAT SEAT MECHANISMS
Skills and Certifications
BSME BSEE BSIE preferred, Associates Minimum
MBA MS
Six-Sigma LEAN
