POSITION:

A non-union, world-class fertilizer complex seeks a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to direct all human resources related activities.

• Manages, interprets and provides guidance on human resources policies and practices.
• Oversees and directs medical department and manages workers compensation cases.
• Oversees and directs security department.
• Ensures all policies and practices are properly implemented and administered.
• Directs employee / employer relationship activities.
• Facilitates employee development, performance feedback and recruiting.
• Participates in local community and governmental affairs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
• 10 – 15 years Human Resources experience
  • non-union petrochemical environment
  • employee relations & development
  • salary administration
  • policy interpretation and implementation
• Experience representing prior employer with local governmental and community issues
