ClearCall Solutions is a sales and marketing company for Fortune 500 products and services, including ADT Security and Dish Network.  Our primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and maintain a high satisfaction level for those acquisitions.  We are the highest producing home security sales company in Arizona.  We have already expanded our territory to include five states and have an aggressive marketing plan for further expansion.  All of our sales calls from our marketing campaigns are routed to our call center in Gilbert, AZ.  

 

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to help our marketing efforts become more successful.  Our Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, deadline-focused and a proficient problem solver.

 Your Opportunity

 

As our Marketing Assistant you will be helping in all aspects of Marketing Department operations, including support, development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Your ability to multi-task across duties involving Microsoft applications, research and reporting, collecting marketing information, compiling data, telephone conversations, and internal communications with staff are going to be a large contributing factor to your success.  Your primary goals will include:

 

 

  • Compiling marketing campaign reports for print, television, radio, web, and media sources.
  • Managing call tracking lines for each marketing source.
  • Providing communication via telephone and/or email to prospective marketing vendors.
  • Proofreading all marketing material.
  • Maintaining schedules, deadlines, and appointments for Marketing Department

 
Additionally, future goals will be to assist in the creation and tracking of new marketing campaigns.  Your success will help leverage our Marketing Department's talents to drive more sales inquiries to our call center sales team.

 

Your efforts will drive more sales inquiries into our inbound call center and help recruit sales and marketing professionals.  You will be communicating closely with our sales, HR and executive staff in order to meet your goals.

 

 

Requirements

Marketing Assistant


Candidates must have minimum of 3 years experience assisting in the full cycle of a Marketing Department with an advanced skill set in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
