Linens of the Week is a Premier Provider of Tablecloths, Napkins, and Chef/Cook Garments; helping high-end restaurants enjoy a clean, crisp, and professional appearance. In addition to offering a variety of colors and sizes on Tablecloths and Napkins, we also help our customers maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance with floor mats, aprons, towels, and restroom supplies.
We take care of every detail, so our customers can focus on producing quality food. The Production Supervisor working in the Laundry Unit under general supervision of the Plant Manager, directs activities a group of production employees who perform a variety of functions to ensure our customers have adequate supply of clean linen on a daily basis.
Linens of the Week is seeking a
Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that daily orders are filled and delivered to the customer as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision to production employees
Prepare work schedules for production employees
Fulfill daily work assignments in a timely fashion
Monitor productivity records
Monitor shortages and hand picked products
Ensure a safe working environment for employees
Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations
Identify and acknowledge outstanding employee performance
Requirements
At least 2 years production supervisory experience in a large institutional or commercial laundry setting
Must be able to pass a drug test & background check
Must undergo a DOT physical
AA/EEOE
