DIRECTOR OF SALES

We’re growing again!  The Village at Northridge, San Fernando Valleys’ newest premier senior living community, currently under construction, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Director of Sales and Marketing who possesses the ability to set and achieve uncommon goals.

• The best candidate will have a proven track record meeting deposit expectations while providing outside sales and networking, focusing on outreach activities designed to grow and develop new referral sources.

• Successful sales staff in our field have the ability to hit deposit and census goals through face to face meetings, telephone contacts and referral groups while employing sales principles to meet the needs of our senior market.
• Previous experience in senior housing highly desireable.
