Job Description
DREAM JOB FOR EXPERIENCED B2B SALES REP - NO COLD CALLING, JUST FOLLOWING UP ON WARM LEADS!!

JOB SUMMARY: 
The inside sales rep will execute a disciplined sales process to qualify potential customers and efficiently turn qualified opportunities into sales.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Make outbound calls to qualify potential commercial customers referred to ACN by independent sales reps
  • Turn qualified commercial leads into closed sales
  • Appropriately document all interaction with potential commercial customers 
     
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • May perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILIITIES REQUIRED
  •  
    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity are musts
  • Prior sales experience in the wireless, telecom or “software as a service" industries preferred with successful quota achievement.
  • Professional demeanor; team player; problem solver.
  • Knowledge of VoIP and technical telecom basics a plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common office automation tools
  • Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Must be able to manage time, work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Must be goal-oriented and accountable
  • Must have ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to be self-directed as needed
  • Must be able to interact with various departments and levels of positions, including top executives
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge PC operating systems and hardware
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • The employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Associates Degree
  • Minimum 2 + years experience in selling solutions in B2B environment preferred
