Description We are not the cookie cutter staffing environment. Extension is looking for a sales executive to sell recruiting & staffing services throughout the Milwaukee area. We have done a great job for our clients over the years - as a result, we have continued to grow, year after year. Our culture is unique, with one goal in mind: to continue to grow and be the best Accounting & Finance recruitment firm in the area. With an industry leading recruiting software in place, and second to none recruiting & sales training onsite, we have the infastructure in place to breed success for a sales professional. Here's a snapshot of the position:

Prospect and develop new business
Work within assigned area to grow new business and service existing clients Sell temp, temp to hire and direct hire staffing solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships with CFO's, Directors of Finance, Controllers, Accounting Management and HR Leaders
- Network within the city of Milwaukee to continue to market your identity
- Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives
- Negotiate terms and contracts with new clients
- Understand your clients' hiring needs, objectives and all other information needed to service your clients
- Manage the search process from start to finish; Lead our team to fill your position
- Work closely with team of recruiters to fill open positions for your clients
- Create urgency and be part of a fast moving environment
- Hit your numbers and make the money that you are interested in making

Requirements

Ideally someone with 1+ years of a track record of success selling staffing and recruiting solutions
Experience identifying top talent
2+ years of sales experience in competitive market place
Someone with the will to succeed
Someone passionate about financial success
Someone interested in growing with us
Able to work independently and within a team to meet sales objectives
