Property Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Property Supervisor in the Madison Area. 

Our Property Supervisor’s are responsible for ensuring the success of their portfolio through a hands-on approach with their staff and ownership.  The Property Supervisor provides oversight on marketing, leasing, budgeting, vendor negations and selection, staff hiring and development. 

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years experience handling oversight of large, multi-site residential apartment communities (minimum of 500 units).  Must understand providing excellent customer service, establishing and controlling budgets; Must thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment and have excellent problem solving skills.

College degree preferred but not required; good skills with MS Office products; previous property management software experience required and a good understanding of budgets and accouting principals as well as exceptional customer service skills.  Some day travel required.
