    We are working with one of our partner companies seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives.   We are looking for individuals with inbound customer service experience. 

Schedule: Must be available Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm
Pay: $10.00-$11.00 per hour
Duration: 4-6 month contract

Job Duties:

• Answers a high volume of  inbound calls
• Assists customer with general and complex questions regarding health benefits
• Assists customers in the enrollment process
• Makes changes to benefit plans as requested by the customer

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year recent call center experience
• Must be available to work any shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday
• Must be able to commute to Saint Petersburg. The position is located on the South side of St. Petersburg
