The Seattle Office of this Fortune 1000 company with a national reach is seeking to fill a full-time direct-hire Executive Sales / Biz Dev Lead position. This position will be instrumental in supporting and implementing the company’s business development and growth initiatives via outside sales.
ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD POSITION
Position duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals;
- Develop project proposals, bids and sales budgets;
- Evaluate client needs and match their needs with service solutions;
- Facilitate and expedite client requests to completion;
- Work with legal staff in formulating contracts to meet the needs of clients;
- Develop new client prospecting strategies;
- Review market analysis to determine corporate needs;

- Qualify prospective clients;
- Maintain and strengthen current key client relationships;
- Evaluate client needs and match with service solutions;

Requirements
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
To be immediately considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the legal or corporate industry;
- Ability and understanding of business development;
- Experience working with contracts or contract language;
- Experience developing project proposals, bids and budgets;
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office applications;
- Experience developing, tracking and presenting budgets and financial statements;
- Strong and effective communication skills;
Preferred experience:
- J.D. or MBA;
- Experience with class action, complex litigation, securities litigation and/or bankruptcy.
