IT SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST FOR HUMAN RESOURCES
Job Description:
- Execution of the implementation lifecycle for applications (design, build, test, implement, support)
- Business requirements and process definition in line with business need and the global applications strategy
- Data migration and product implementation when required
- Evolution of the Oracle applications footprint to support evolving business need
- Evaluation of new application functionality for the business
- Provide support to users for resolution of application issues and faults
- Provide significant liaison with European applications team and business analysts, business function management & staff and the Oracle technical/development team and systems operations team
- Travel requirements (domestic & global) vary from 30% - 70% depending on project
Job Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field with at least 5+ years of related experience
- Strong HRMS background— Oracle experience required
- Oracle EBS HRMS, Self Service, Time and Labor, Absence Management (iRecruitment, Compensation Workbench, Learning Management, Org Plus, Incentive Compensation desirable)
- Experience of applications implementation lifecycle
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and multitasking skills
- Experience of working in and running project environments with minimal supervision
