Call Center Representative
St. Joseph
Description:
Responsible for assisting Credit Union members and potential members with their financial services over the telephone. Staff responds to member inquiries and directs phone calls to the appropriate areas as needed.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Post high school coursework in a business related area preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Six months experience of previous banking or call center experience preferred.
Requirements:
This is a part-time position; 16-20 hours per week; hours include rotating Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
