Finance Analyst - SGIS Vienna

Position Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Vienna, VA

The core mission of the Finance Analyst is to seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.  Goal is to ensure all project guidelines and processes are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project/program
• Assist in managing day-to-day client interactions, setting and managing client expectations
• Seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Review deliverables prepared by the project team before providing to client
• Understand and support billing procedures
• Assure that all project documentations exist in hard copy in the Vienna office
• Assure that all key persons (Project/Program Managers and team leads) are aware of and conforming to procedures set forth for all ongoing and upcoming projects
• Assist in project/resource pricing

Accountabilities:

• Create customer briefing documentation including; dashboard briefs, weekly/monthly status updates, project synopsis information, and other project related materials as appropriate to meet project requirements
• Manage project budgets and analyze utilization
• Ensure timely accurate delivery of invoices
• Ensure all project guidelines and processes are followed
• Communicate project status to executives

• Project analysis, financial reporting, Government Contracting experience

• Four Year College Degree

• 3-5 years experience

• US Citizen

• Must be able to obtain security clearance

• Must have experience supporting finances and program level of effort for services based contracts

Qualifications Preferred:

• Finance or accounting degree

• Deltek CostPoint experience

• Experience with a defense contractor
