 Customer Financial Services Cash Application Associate

PFSWeb, Inc., a leading provider of outsourcing solutions, is seeking individuals with a positive attitude, team-player mentality and strong work ethic for the professional business segment of our Customer Financial Services department. This position requires A minimum of 2-years experience in cash application processing or similar data entry history, strong PC and analytical skills are mandatory. JDE experience a plus.

General Job Description:

• Ability to accurately and efficiently post assigned deposits and other data entry items in the applicable ERP system. This includes processing credit card payments in batch format.
• Ability to adhere to the turnaround timelines assigned and be available to meet on -demand  requests by management to meet timeline obligations, when necessary
• Utilize Excel, JD Edwards and available reporting tools to work effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced professional environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Two years of cash application or comparable data entry experience is mandatory
• Must be experienced in Excel, Word and JD Edwards or a similar ERP system
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be very detail-oriented, a strong problem-solver and able to work with minimal supervision

Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday – Friday, with required (8) hour shifts ranging from 7:00a.m. to 7p.m. (Central Time).

Some overtime and weekend work may be required.

No travel required.
